Custom-Made Products

Please note that all of our blinds and curtains are custom-made to your specific measurements and design preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Custom Items

Custom-made products that have been manufactured according to your specifications, including specific measurements, colors, fabrics, and designs, are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. This is because these items are created specifically for your windows and cannot be resold to other customers.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match your approved specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your custom blinds or curtains arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will:

  • Repair the product at no additional cost
  • Replace the product with a new one
  • Provide a full refund if repair or replacement is not feasible

Incorrect Specifications

If we manufacture your product incorrectly based on the specifications you approved, we will remake the product at no additional charge. However, if the error was due to incorrect measurements or specifications provided by you, the cost of remaking the product will be your responsibility.

Measurement Verification

We strongly recommend using our professional measurement service to ensure accuracy. If you choose to provide your own measurements, please double-check all dimensions before submitting your order. We are not responsible for products that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Professional Measurement Service

Our professional measurement service includes a visit to your location where our experienced technician will take precise measurements of your windows. This service helps prevent measurement errors and ensures a perfect fit. If a product manufactured based on our professional measurements does not fit properly, we will remake it at no charge.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, or may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials and labor already invested in your custom product.

Cancellation Timeframe

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement: Full refund
  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before production begins: Refund minus 15% processing fee
  • Orders cancelled after production has begun: No refund available, but you may still receive the completed product

Color and Fabric Samples

We highly recommend ordering fabric and color samples before placing your final order. Samples allow you to see and feel the actual materials in your own lighting conditions. This helps ensure you are completely satisfied with your selections before we begin manufacturing your custom products.

Sample Returns

Fabric samples are provided for your review and should be returned within 14 days if you do not proceed with an order. Samples that are not returned may be subject to a small fee.

Installation Issues

If you experience issues during installation, please contact us immediately before making any modifications to the product. Our team can provide guidance and support to resolve installation challenges. Products that have been altered or modified after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Professional Installation Service

We offer professional installation services to ensure your blinds or curtains are properly mounted and functioning correctly. If you choose professional installation and there are any issues with the installation, we will return to correct them at no additional charge.

  2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
  3. Submit photographs if the issue involves damage or defects

Return Authorization

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, exchanges are generally not available. However, if you wish to order a different product, you may place a new order. If your original order qualifies for a refund under this policy, you may use that refund toward your new purchase.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Our products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. The warranty period varies depending on the product type and materials used. Warranty details will be provided with your order confirmation and product documentation.
